Architectural Requests

ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Guidelines for exterior modifications are described in the Symphony HOA Architectural Control Policy. All exterior modifications, regardless of guidelines, require prior approval by the Symphony Architectural Committee using the Symphony Modification Request Form.
Fully completed request forms with all supporting materials attached may be submitted to any member of the Architectural Committee. The contact information for all committee members is located on the "Contact us" page. Submissions may be made with hard copies or electronically, as long as all supporting materials and colors are clearly discernible.
