The Symphony Homeowners Association Board is comprised of 3 Directors, 2 of which are required to be homeowners.  The directors are voted into office by the Homeowners Association members for a term of 3 years. 

 

The HOA Officers include a President, Vice President, and Treasurer/Secretary.  Both the president and the vice president are required to be Directors.  The officers are appointed by the HOA Board of Directors for a term of 1 year.

 

The Architectural Review Committee is appointed by the HOA Board Members.  All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
