Homeowners may request an HOA Resale Package in preparation for the sale of their home by filling out the forms on this page. 

 

The HOA will provide one Resale Package at no cost when there is an existing listing agreement or existing sales contract on the home.  Select Option 1 below.  All requested information is needed before the request will be processed.

 

If a Resale Package is desired without a listing or sales contract, a fee of $150 is required to process the request.  Select Option 2 below, and mail a check to "Symphony HOA" at the following address:  P.O. Box 5293, Laytonsville, MD  20882.  Payment is needed before the request will be processed.

Once all required information and payment (Option 2 only) is received, the HOA's goal is to provide a Resale Package within 7 to 14 days.  Please note that providing a Resale Package requires an exterior inspection of the property.  The homeowner will be notified of the date that the inspection will take place.
